The communication from the organization is superb - upon booking, a thorough text is sent to you confirming the appointment with explanation of possible changes dependant on weather conditions on the day of the appointment, this is followed up by a reminder the day prior to the appointment and then on the day of the appointment, a final text is sent letting you know that they are on route with tracking capabilities also included. Best of all, I really like that this text is complimented by a photo of your technician so that you know who to expect upon arrival. I think this is a fantastic feature for security purposes and also a great personal touch. Brett T was prompt, polite, friendly and respectful and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this company :)
